Nobody would think that an ailment which can literally put your balls on fire and put your pipe in a twist would have a cute scientific name like Tinea Cruris. Ask any man there is nothing cute about this Tinea Cruris.
There are so many ways you can develop an itch that it’s impossible for a man not to have one in his life. Causes ranging from gym itch, eczema, too much sweating, fungus infections, herpes, chafing to Dermatitis, scratches and bad undie environment. (Oh lord!)
So how do you deal with the madness that comes with too much redness?
1. Always shower immediately after your athletic session
Most people do this since it’s the basic sanitation requirement for a civilized human. But there do exist nasty animals amongst us who ignore it or are too busy in their life that they ignore taking a bath post a sweaty and germs infused workout sessions. This is a one way street to the itchy land since these germs can attract fungus and bacteria further causing an infection. Take a shower if you don’t want to end up with a stinging tower.
2. Opt for loose clothing whenever possible
Your butt shape might be very appealing in those tight jeans but think about frontal tightness too. Friction from tight clothing and skin rubbing against fabric can cause sweat and further gives fungus a better environment to multiply and wreak havoc on your jingle bells.
3. Stop sharing clothing and towels
Community service is a good thing, but not when you have to share something that touches your fire stick. These usually happen in all boys establishments, where sharing can cause to an itch-epidemic. SO invest a little in your own personal belongings and stop sharing them with every Tom, Dick and Hairy. Prolonged infections may also open doors for ‘erectile dysfunction‘.
4. Wash your clothes regularly
Stop being a lazy bum and actually clean your clothes which you believe in recycling every morning. And turning your undies inside out isn’t also a solution if your hands reach to scratch your balls at least 8 times a day. AND NO, rinsing through just water doesn’t cut it as well. Do invest in some detergent, it will go a long way in protecting your manhood.
5. Keep yourself dry and clean
This is a no brainer. Itch or no itch. Clean body = no infections. Try opting for cotton pants or good quality clothing that doesn’t lead to you sweating like a pig.
Basically, everything boils down to having a hygienic lifestyle and a clean body that doesn’t give a ground place for fungus to take its lethal forms. But if you happen to have a prolonged jock itch even if you are a clean freak then you better reach out to a specialist. There might an underline ailment associated with your skin on your shifting gear stick.
